Pricing

Three tiers, one arc. Every tier is built on the same spine — nothing invented, transparent suggestions, your style rather than a house style. What changes is how deeply NoteWright learns you.

No dollar figures yet — pricing itself arrives as NoteWright approaches release, so every tier below is marked at launch. The only action on this page, or anywhere on this site, is the waitlist.

Free
Trust it first. The full editing surface, every note type, and restyling built on an archetype you pick. Free is not a demo — it's the core loop, complete.
Pro
The daily driver. Pro remembers: persistent style memory across sessions, line-level feedback with categories, a style profile that sharpens with every correction, and personalization for after-visit summaries. The more you use it, the more it writes like you.
Premium
Your model, on your machine. Premium's headline is a fine-tuned personal model — trained on your accumulated notes and feedback, so the first draft sounds like you wrote it. Because it's your model, it runs on your own hardware; your notes never leave your machine, as a consequence of the architecture rather than a promise. Hardware floor stated up front: Apple Silicon with 16GB+ unified memory, or a 16GB+ VRAM GPU, or equivalent.

Free

At launch

  • Rewrites the input into your documentation style — your structure, your phrasing, your reasoning density.
  • Six note types.
  • Interactive editing surface: resolve placeholders, accept or reject suggestions.
  • Your notes are sent to the Claude API and nowhere else.
  • No audio recording, no note storage, no EHR integration, model-agnostic — where ambient scribes plug into your EHR, NoteWright sits outside it entirely.

Premium

A personal model, fine-tuned on your own accumulated feedback — its output aligned to your voice specifically, not a general house style.

  • Runs locally, on your own hardware.
  • Periodic retraining as your feedback accumulates.
  • Hardware floor, stated plainly: Apple Silicon with 16GB+ unified memory, or a GPU with 16GB+ VRAM.

Where this goes

Today: your notes never leave your machine. Soon: your model won't either.

The tiers are the road from the first paste to a model of your own.
