About

I'm a DO finishing family medicine residency, and NoteWright is the documentation tool I wanted to exist. So I built it, and I use it on my own notes every day.

The premise is simple: an AI scribe's draft is a starting point, not a finished note. NoteWright rewrites that draft to match how I actually document — my structure, my phrasing, my clinical reasoning — and gives me an editing surface to resolve placeholders and review suggestions before anything reaches the EHR. Nothing is invented; whatever the input doesn't contain stays a visible placeholder.

For now I'm the sole developer and the first user. Early access opens ahead of release, and thejournal is the build log — an honest record of what works, what doesn't, and what changes along the way.
